My Complaint

I ordered an engine from Engine and Transmission world in December and it never showed up. Every time I called and talked to people like Dale in shipping. They would give me vague information like "I think it has shipped" or "I asked for the paperwork and they are tracking it down." They don't give you any actual real information about your part or order other than charging your credit card as soon as you place the order. It has been a month and I don't have anything to show other for my order than an invoice number and a charge on my credit card.

Shame on me for being a sap and trusting an Internet auto part site like Engine and Transmission world. Buyer Beware!

I told them I have filed a complaint with the Wisconsin BBB and now I have a tracking number for my engine. Time will only tell if they actually deliver what they sold me.

Signed,
Angry Customer
